My favorite recipes...

I love food, especially healthy food. More importantly, I love to create new recipes with healthy ingredients. However, I have a bad habit of not recording them so I tend to forget them. This is an attempt to record some of my favorite recipes, which I think are healthy. My aim is to write at least one post every week. This could be my favorite recipe or my thoughts and experiences with food. I am also hoping that this will help me stay track on my aim to eat healthy. I am trying to lose at least 15-20 lbs. While I exercise regularly, I am still unable to lose weight and if I do lose I am not able to keep it off. So I am hoping that by keeping an online journal I will be able to keep my weight off. I must also declare that I am mostly vegetarian but occasionally eat seafood and dairy. I love eating out, so occasionally I will review restaurants as well.
